The Committee on Roads and Transportation moves to amend the
title of the bill on page 1, line 10, by striking the title of the
bill in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"
A BILL to amend and reenact §24A-2-2a of the Code of West
Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to establishing
requirements for the towing of a motor vehicle from private
property by common carriers by motor vehicles
without the
consent of the owner or operator of the motor vehicle;
definitions; providing for legislative rules.
"
